I'm participating in the 30-day Full Voice challenge with other BDC dancers! I hope it will be a good way to keep me accountable to my practicing and to help me feel more confident in my singing at auditions.

Healthy Meal #2
For Breakfast I'm having a bowl full of nuts: Hemp nuts, Pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, Walnuts and raisins, and i'm going to cover it all with some organic yogurt. I got all this stuff at the supermarket, and I'm making it at home. Yogurt is dairy, which is not the best for singing, but it's probably the only dairy I will eat all day, so I guess it's ok. The meal is full of probiotics, Omega3s, vitamins, protein, slow-releasing energy and it's gluten free!
